LEARNING TO FLY: Practical Knowledge Management from Leading and Learning Organisations
Thursday 2nd December 2004, Novotel London West, Hammersmith, London. A Gurteen Knowledge Conference organised by Bizmedia and Gurteen Knowledge

This conference is based on the book 'Learning To Fly Fieldbook: Practical Lessons From Some of the World's Leading Knowledge Companies' by Chris Collison and Geoff Parcel of BP which is due to be published on 20th October 2004. This is the updated and 2nd edition to the extremely successful 'Leaning to Fly: Practical Lessons from one of the world's leading knowledge companies'. The conference will be run and facilitated by Chris and Geoff themselves as an 'experiential based learning workshop'. During the day a number of the organizations who adopted their tools and techniques and contributed their stories to the book will be sharing their insights and experiences. In addition, as part of the day, you will perform a self-assessment of the state of KM within your organization and develop an action plan to move things forward. You will also take part in "peer assists" to both help yourself and others to learn from your joint experiences and from those the speakers/facilitators.

You will also receive a free copy of the new book.
